August 7, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve absolutely enjoyed my time at 17th Pl Townhomes! From amenities, location, to community events. As a young professional new to Bakersfield I can say this is the best homes to live in downtown that is walking distance from cafés, bars, and restaurants. The management team does there best to get work orders completed quickly and efficiently and even organize community functions. Pups are welcomed and they even have their own lil park! Everything I was looking for in an apartment.
