I wouldn’t move here again even if rent was free. Management is incompetent and blames tenants for their ongoing roach infestation. Many residents leave trash sitting outside their doors for days, making the problem worse.
The gates are pointless—there are multiple openings where anyone can walk in. Trash cans constantly overflow, and the parking lot is littered with garbage left behind after homeless people dig through the bags.

This place is a nightmare. Management is terrible, the laundry room is filthy, and basic living conditions are unacceptable. When we first moved in during the summer, the AC was broken for two days, leaving us to suffer in the heat. Then, when winter came, the heater failed, and it took them almost a week to fix it for us. Security is a joke—car windows are broken into regularly, and tires were stolen right off vehicles during Thanksgiving. The water pressure is a constant battle, swinging from ...

This place is horrible. Roach infestations are insane. We have told office and they did nothing. They refuse to give you a key pass for the parking lot that contains the mail boxes if you park on the WHOLE OTHER SIDE OF THE APT COMPLEX. Every year there’s leaks. The office people are so rude and maintenance always leave their trash everywhere. I would recommend to look anywhere else but here. The rent price is way too much for what they offer. When I saw that the new owners were making the apartments nicer by putting in wood floors and granite countertops, I asked to move to one of these apartments and they let me. So many roaches and maintenance never shows up when they say they will. The toilet upstairs leaked down into our bathroom through the ceiling. The pools were closed for 2 years after covid to finally open for a month. It was constantly dirty because it was only cleaned once a week despite how busy it gets. Parking is unfair, and the mailboxes are super far away depending on which side of the complex you live. Mosquitos are so bad due to over watering their grass. There is still water near patios ...

The whole complex is filled with roaches. Moved here; noticed roaches here and there, while our tv’s, furniture just began getting infested with roaches. Now you can clean do thorough deep cleaning, but yet these roaches are crawling up the wall literally anywhere. Let me start off by saying you can do better than these apartments! I’ve lived here for a year and since the beginning my roof has been leaking. My dishwasher never worked & my garbage disposal doesn’t work at all either. I’ve called MANY times for maintenance to come out and fix it and in the beginning they would but after they switched to new owners they promised they were going to fixed everyone’s roof in November and they never have.
Now, as far as speaking with people from the front office. ...
They are extremely rude and unorganized! I submitted a 30 day notice just for them to tell me that they never received it one week before i’m supposed to move out and they’re now making me pay ANOTHER 30 days!
