Not quiet ! People don't pick up after pets ! It's like being trapped with a few loud crazy and inconsiderate bad apples.Most of the people are quiet and considerate . However the bad apples get away with a bunch of crap due to management acting like friends of the partiers . Management has had drinking problems and are very inconsistent .
