The best place I've ever lived
February 27, 2025I can't say enough great things about 18 Watercress Green! From the moment I toured, I knew this was the perfect place to call home. The community is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and a resort-style feel. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes. The amenities are top-notch— a fantastic pool, fitness center, and great common spaces that truly bring neighbors together. The management team is outstanding! They are friendly, responsive, and ...genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is another huge plus! It’s convenient to everything in Huntsville while still being tucked away in a peaceful, scenic area. Very nice place to live
April 4, 2022This was the best apartment I have lived in. The apartment was given to me in good condition. The amenities were very clean. The location is very convenient in terms of grocery shopping. I didn't have a dog but the dog park had plenty of room. Many of the residents do have dogs so hearing some barking is not unexpected, but overall people did a good job of cleaning up after their dogs. Overall 5/5.Property Manager Responded

Couldn't ask for more!

February 11, 2020Fantastic team running the show. Amenities provided are great. Only issue for the residents is that you might not get parking spot close to your apartment always, but other than that everything is perfect. They screw you over so hard!
January 10, 2019So after having lived here for over 4 years (1 bed room - 2 bed room , 3 bed room.) This has been the worst place I have lived. They have charged us over 5k for a carpet replacement. The spiders that roam around here are huge, and don't care about pest control. The management is a cranky lady that no one at the aparments (that I have talked to), likes. 18 Watercress Green
August 17, 2015These Apartments receive a fair rating from me. They are pretty with crown molding in the living area only but they really need a good maintenance team to get them clean on the outside and inside. The number to the building I live in is peeling away, the stiarwells are dirty along with the corridor and the lights do not work. I was lucky to get a first floor unit being active duty military moving from CO to here, however, the doors are no longer sealed in order to keep the bugs out and it is ...overwhelming trying to keep them at bay. When I moved here, the ants took over my elderly mothers room scaring the caregiver away despite no present of food or uncleanliness. It appears we are on their territory...lol The apartments are not sound proof at all. I can hear everything the people on the second floor do....everything. I have to ccept these things because there was none better at the time and it is close to the hospital, Redstone Arsenal and shopping outlets.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
