March 23, 2026Nice building but the gate being always broken has really changed my experience for the worst. I need to feel secure and safe. Also discovered flaws in the elevator system. Our new property manager is absolutely wonderful, professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. Since Chris took over, communication has improved immensely, maintenance requests are handled faster than ever, and you can tell he truly cares about the residents' experience.
