Great location and price! Perfect for mid-20s couple

This apartment was the perfect transition between college student housing and moving out into the working world! The price for a spacious two bedroom/2 bath was significantly lower than the cramped, outdated 4 bedroom/2 bath student-priced apartments next to campus. Since my boyfriend and I are graduating in December, the month-to-month lease option means we don't have to worry about subleasing if we move out-of-state, but we also aren't going to be pushed out immediately after graduation.

Cozy, but child-centric

A nice, well-maintained building. Convenient to major shopping venues. On-site pool and fitness room. If you don't like kids, stay away; the neighborhood is home to some 3 or 4 dozen preteens, who congregate in the cul-de-sac most every evening.
