Great Rate for Williamsburg

The building has clean rooms for single occupants. 5 rooms to a floor share 2 bathrooms on each floor and a large open kitchen. My apartment is spacious for a single life with room for a queen sized bed, couch, table, dressers, writing desk, large bay windows and a closet. For the location, 2 blocks from the L train and walking distance to all of Williamsburg's bars and restaurants, the rent can't be beat. Shared utilities and partial communal spaces aside, most rooms in the building are gems.
