August 15, 2015Light filled 8th Floor spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment overlooking Dupont Circle with unobstructed views of the Washington Monument from every room. Galley kitchen with gas stove just off the living room/dining room combo. 2 walk-in closets with Elfa shelving system. Bathroom is retro with original tile and window with a view. Pet friendly, older well-maintained building with laundry in the basement. Neighbors are friendly and always looking for opportunities to help each other: from ...opening the door, delivering the newspaper, to walking dogs when away.
