Lived at this complex for several years. Typical management of collecting rent with little to no improvements. This states fearures include high speed internet & smoke free which both are completely false. It’s a dump. That and parking sucks. Oh & let’s not forget the nosey neighbor that designates herself as their “neighborhood watch” who likes to parade in her pajamas, ask for endless favors to help her move or arrange things in her apartment constantly, has a habit of falling asleep inside her ...
running vehicle in the driveway & enjoys taking cigarette breaks throughout the night at end of the very narrow end of the driveway. Beware though if you complain about any safety issues, it will just get ignored. Like the neighbor nearly burning down the place as she was sitting in the driveway around 11pm at night in her pajamas, smoking a cigarette & on her phone while the smoke alarm was going off inside her apartment for approximately 10 minutes before we pointed out to her that smoke was filling her apartment.
