Dirty, trash filled and bug infested Hallways
December 28, 2017The hallway stairs in the front are littered with trash and ciggarette buds on the carpet floors. The Carpet emitts a Foul Odor, but the worst of it would have to be the hallway and stair area towards the back which is filled with dirty matresses and bags of garbage that have been sitting there for months! Not to mention the spider infested walls!, overall its filthy condition!. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!!Review from Apartments.com
Building in poor condition. Renter beware.
December 28, 2017The condition of the building is appalling. The hallways are littered with garbage and the maintenance is abysmal. The biggest glaring issue is the outside door that never locks which allows homeless people to enter the building. I believe there was a break in a few months ago though I am not totally sure, but the fact that it is a possibility because of the broken lock, leaves me in a feeling very unsafe. I would not recommend renting an apartment in this building.Review from Apartments.com
