November 25, 2025Packages still need to be picked up from building 1 and it doesn't look like it's getting fixed anytime soon. My car got towed because apparently there are two places where I need to enter the license plate. Other apartments I have lived in have a system of warning before towing but this management looks money hungry probably because of rents dropping over the past few months. I was told that the property manager would reach out regarding my concern and they still have not. A maintenance guy ...barged into my house when I wasn't home but my wife was and the management still hasn't got back to my regarding this. Safe to say because of all the above mentioned concerns that I'm totally unsatisfied with the place and won't be recommending it to any of my friends.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025Leaking washer, leaking shower faucet, bad smell when opening hot water from any faucet, peeling floor at the laundry room, bad paint at closet, was told the apartment is quite at the tour had an issue with cars on the road and the apartment facing it and the upper neighbor walking all night with very heavy stepsProperty Manager Responded
