April 15, 2026I recently reviewed my lease with 1900 Parmer Apartments, and I truly enjoy living here. I feel incredibly fortunate to have such a responsive and supportive management team that consistently takes care of all my leasing needs. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it’s handled promptly, often on the same day. The manager, Joshua, is especially wonderful to work with. He genuinely listens to my concerns and made my lease renewal process as smooth and stress-free as possible. His leasing team ...is also very friendly and professional, which makes every interaction a positive experience. I’m honestly so undecided because there’s a lot to like here! On top of that, the leasing agent Irene who helped me was amazing! so sweet, patient, and informative. Incredible customer service
March 11, 2026Josh and Irene help me find the perfect apartment for me after touring four different floor-plans. I’m really picky but they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Irene was very informative, but for the information that she didn’t have, Joshua was able to supplement immediately. I saw maintenance hard at work during my tour as well which I really liked to see. I have enjoyed the experience
March 10, 2026I came to this property just to see what they have available because I was referred by a friend that used to live at the property. The office felt very welcoming and the Agent Latrice was very kind and full of energy. The tour was nothing but laughs and great information about the property. I have now lived here for a few months and Have nothing but good things to say. Let’s be honest your experience won’t be the same as others, your living experience won’t be the same as others I can only speak ...for my time here and it’s been great. Some of these residents are negative because they think they are priority over everyone else when common sense should be that you live in a complex not a house so things don’t work faster if you yell at the people that are trying to help in the best way the can. If you want to be negative then maybe get your money together to buy a home so you can be priority. Because grown adults understand an apartment complex. So you are interested in looking and moving here go for it because I have enjoyed my time here an the staff is wonderful.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live

The apartments are a nice size and the area is nice, I'm happy that it is indoor and not out door like most places I toured. They also have elevators which is a most for me.
