Overall, I would rate the apartments highly. They are reasonably clean, reasonably well-maintained, and overall it’s fairly quiet. However, the apartments have external exhaust vents on the outside of the bedroom window that blow in the wind. It’s awful, imagine, three metal flaps, banging all night long and all day long, you’ll definitely lose sleep. Definitely consider this before you move in because they aren’t going to fix it.

problems that cannot be solved since we moved. The service request is shown to be systemically resolved without being resolved. indifference to frequently raised problems. This place never deserves its money. I definitely do not recommend. There are definitely better places for this money. Disappointment without 1 month.

The property is great and office staff are very hepful and they are trying to do their best to make this property much more comfortable. The property is in prime location and you can reach anywhere you need within few minutes. Amenities are great and luxurious. Well constructed, quiet and clean building. Maintenance is quick responsive and management team is very professional.

The apartments are top shelf all the way with hardwood floors and marble counter tops. A great pool, business center and meeting room is also available.The staff is courteous and friendly. I am glad I chose to live here and even in a short time it feels like home.
