Noise
February 21, 2023Overall, I would rate the apartments highly. They are reasonably clean, reasonably well-maintained, and overall it’s fairly quiet. However, the apartments have external exhaust vents on the outside of the bedroom window that blow in the wind. It’s awful, imagine, three metal flaps, banging all night long and all day long, you’ll definitely lose sleep. Definitely consider this before you move in because they aren’t going to fix it.Property Manager Responded

I dont recommend
August 2, 2022problems that cannot be solved since we moved. The service request is shown to be systemically resolved without being resolved. indifference to frequently raised problems.
