Descent place I live at for cheap

I lived there for a year and I saved a lot of money. I had a efficiency apt. which is all I needed. I couldn’t find another place cheaper than this. The owner seemed very helpful and accommodating to me when I was moving in.

Management changed and is ckeaning things up. I got a great deal on a one bedroom . Inexpensive living in a city that's getting more expensive.

impossible to get on phone.

rude and impossible to get on phone. hung up on me... wants to know why I want to move to that town Have 1 cat and need expenses low because I just closed my mother's estate in NH... so he hangs up. I do not believe outdoor only photos to be anything other than a scam so I am just as scared as he is.
