While it seems great to have everything included....mice are also very much included. Bi-weekly exterminators come out, however, that has not made a difference. I moved in July 2020 and have seen mice non stop!!!
Currently in July 2021, they seem to have gotten worse!! Extermination does the bare minimum. I think because it's been infested for so long, the mice have become immune to the Bait and traps!! Exterminators say the mice will not eat the bait, but yet and still have done nothing ...
differently .
The worst part is even if you keep your unit clean other residents DON'T! Some of the other hallways are beyond filthy and disgusting, in that moment you realize why the mice stay!
