June 4, 2021I have lived here for some time now and here is an honest review. New management began about a year and a half ago, and ever since then, this place has gone down hill. Outside- the lawn rarely gets taken care of. The grass and weeds are really high, there’s trash all over and dog poop everywhere. There’s a giant (not exaggerating in the slightest) pothole in the back lot that many cars have got stuck in. The parking lot in unlined, leaving many cars to park poorly. They implemented parking passes ...to limit the random people parking here but never enforce it. Inside- This place needs to be renovated. You get what you pay for. No WiFi or electricity included. There is only one washer and dryer. The washer at the moment does not work and hasn’t worked for a month now. No air conditioning and floor heating uses a lot of electricity. The residents- This used to be college housing but has since become middle-aged and family oriented. The kids and dogs are loud. There are a lot of individuals who smoke, so it’s likely your apartment will smell like cigarettes, weed, or both. Don’t get me wrong, the people here are nice, but this shouldn’t be a place for a family or pets. I miss old management. I miss having this be college only housing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
