When Denver Water told all the tenants about the fifteen year roll out plan to fix the lead gaskets which were contaminating the water, the landlord did not test the water for lead even though the test was a free test. The landlord did not get filters for the sinks to protect tenants. There were fire hazards due to unreplaced electric outlets that had burn marks on the plastic from overuse. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Two of my neighbors were broken into while living in this building. The landlord just shrugs everything off and says it is not her responsibility.
