The apartment itself has multiple "small" issues and problems, but they add up. In terms of environment, it's next to a busy street, so there's a fair amount of street noise (including from the nearby fire station). The parking sucks because everyone in the building has to back out (everyone parks nose in)of the carport area (through the same driveway) into the alley to get to the street. The real issue is the management. They took over about a year ago. Bottom line: it seems like this is either ...
the first building they've managed, or maybe they just don't care. They still work for a coffee shop chain, and I think they manage this property part time or something (there is no resident manager). They should have stuck with coffee. I have little confidence or faith in them. I could tell stories, but it would take too long.
