BLACK MOLD ALERT!!!
I had to break my lease early due to the Black mold present in the walls of the apt. My shoes were also growing mold.
The landlord also took over a month to address a leak that was happening upstairs. Water was constantly leaking into our bedroom.
The landlord knew I had a 1 year old sleeping in that room and did nothing to address it. I suffered from a constant cough for 2 months that only went away once I left.
When we moved in we also noticed that the ac units were never ...
cleaned. We did our best to clean it and the landlord ignored my request to send someone to clean it.
We also had to use duct tape around all outlets as there is also a severe roach problem. Roaches came in through the walls constantly. You cannot leave food out or they will immediately be covered by roaches.
I do not recommend anyone living there especially with children. They would not also give me back my full security deposit even after I paid professional movers and cleaners to move me out of the apt. My family and I did not want to enter the apt ourselves again after we left.
