July 17, 2024Had a great time living here! Great location, close to both Courthouse and Rosslyn metro stations. Apartment is quiet and front desk is helpful. Maintenance is quick as well. Only downside was gym could be updated.Property Manager Responded

May 30, 2024The staff are quite friendly and accommodating! The building is cleaned frequently and the amenities well maintained. The cleaning staff are also incredibly sweet and thorough. It is a bit pricey but the building is largely worth the cost.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2024So Far, I like living here. Close to Georgetown and DCA (8-10 minutes). A lot to explore. Lots of loving pets (dogs) here. I enjoy being greeted by the front desk people whenever I go down or get back in from work.Property Manager Responded

March 24, 2024I moved in this past January from another building in Arlington. I have been very happy with this building! It has the amenities I need, great location (walkable to metro and other shops), and feel like I never can hear my neighbors. February 4, 2024So far it’s been pretty great. I had some issues on move in day because the front desk gave the loading dock to someone else even tho I had it reserved. They tried to accommodate us both but I still ended up having to pay my movers more because they went over time.Property Manager Responded

January 26, 2024So far, so good! I've only been a resident for a week but I've found the staff and fellow residents friendly and helpful. I noted a few minor issues with the apartment when I moved in and maintenance arrived within the day when I submitted a repair request on the online portal. None of the issues were urgent, but someone read and responded to the submission right away.Property Manager Responded

Great building, awful management
October 17, 2023Management here is inept verging on indifferent. Their communication with the community could not be any worse. Their maintenance, construction projects and fire alarm testing is always communicated at the last-minute or not at all. They seem to think their residents should spend all their time working around the property manager's schedule. Add in constant plane noise, constantly missing concierges and only two elevators for a large building, and you get an ugly recipe. I look forward to moving ...out and working with a better manager at one of the hundreds of new units being built within a 5-minute walk of 19Nineteen.Property Manager Responded
