The building is infested with mice. One time I caught 8 mice in 5 days. The landlord got someone to seal the holes but I started seeing them again 2 months later, even in the lobby running all over the couch. The price of rent is ridiculous for such a filthy building. My ceiling began to have mold and water stains and it took them 2 months to fix it. Sometimes brown water comes out of the pipes. Have to let it run for 10 min before showering. Some tenants allow their dogs to pee in the hallways ...

and it goes months without cleaning. Please don’t come here.

Horrible managment

I’m so thrilled I no longer live in a building “managed” by this company. Completely unresponsive when calling with requests/concerns/issues. My former residence at 2 North Broadway, White Plains was horrifically infested with cockroaches and other unidentifiable bugs. There was a period (pre-COVID) where the building went ONE MONTH without a cleaning crew. The elevator regularly broke down and would remain inoperable for days on end. The basement flooded every time it rained. The building was ...

absolutely filthy. There’s asbestos in the walls and doors. And the rent is insane for nothing included. The landlord was utterly unresponsive and everything but helpful. She was a good woman at heart, but could not fulfill the most basic duties of a landlord. Every time I called Samson I was met with such a rude attitude by the receptionist, and after requesting to be transferred to the appropriate person I always met a voicemail and RARELY received a call back. Avoid any buildings “managed” by this company at all costs.

No matter how much you clean and mop the building has a severe roach problem. They won’t go away. It’s an old building something is always breaking the ceilings are always falling apart. Landlord takes forever to fix issues... doesn’t seem to be doing much for the roach issue either . I shouldn’t be picking up package in the mail room and finding roaches on them
