I stayed here for almost a year, no major problems besides the junk in the hallway and the tenants who hoard and stink up the hallways. Maintenance requests were never completed on time. At the end of our stay, we did a walk through with Chevaun, the property manager, and she told us everything was good to go. Two weeks later, we're told we wont be getting our security deposit back as we were told we would. And Chevaun will gossip about you, try to be your friend, then call the cops on you, ...
aaaand then evict you as she did to our neighbors for "smoking in their apartment." I never noticed. Anyway, the pipes rattle all winter long, night and day. In retrospect, lots of major problems. Stay away from the cheapskates. We needed a new tub when we moved in because the old one was moldy. They said two weeks. Took two months. They still never finished by the time we moved out. STAY AWAY. Lots of better, cheaper options in Ashland.
