Safe, Roomy, Beautiful
April 12, 2022The townhomes here are beautiful - high end appliances, trims, finishing. So much space for storage and furniture. Closets are large enough for two people. Really feels like a house! Location is amazing - quick 5min walk to heart of downtown. Very safe and quiet area but very quick to jump on the highway. Landlord is very easy going, kind and easy to work with - he has been very understanding and extremely responsive whenever we have reached out. We’ll be very sad to leave!Review from Apartments.com

May 22, 2021My partner and I have lived at 200 West for just over 1 year. It did not take us long to quickly fall in love with our town home. It offers a modern, open space with a great deal of natural light. We have thoroughly enjoyed being just a short walk from Downtown Findlay where we frequent the many restaurants, shops, and bars. Located right across from Marathon Center for Performing Arts, we benefit from the many happenings that occur there such as Food Truck Wednesdays, Flea Market Thursdays, and ...multiple other events including movie screenings, live bands, etc. Most importantly, management has been more than kind to us and are genuinely invested in our experience while residing at 200 West.
