Main bedroom has large closet space) -Dining/living room has exposed brick wall -Brand new casement windows in living room and kitchen -Original hardwood flooring throughout entire unit (except kitchen has new wooden flooring) -Stainless steel kitchen appliances (stove, hood, fridge, dishwasher – I attached pictures of what will get installed) -Kitchen has exposed brick wall and will have all white cabinets (shaker style) with white granite countertop (separate pantry is off of kitchen) -Bathroom will have double sink vanity (black hardware) and glass divider for walk-in shower (no bathtub) -All walls (and trim) throughout entire unit will be painted white -Washer + Dryer in unit (not pictured; laundry room still under construction) -Central Air and Central Heat (tenant pays utilities) -NO parking (only street parking which is typically available) -NO smoking allowed within the unit APPLICATION PROCESS: -All parties who will be occupying the unit MUST be present for viewing to be eligible to fill out an application (no exceptions!) -If you have dogs, please do bring them to the showing as well so that we can ensure they are people friendly (we accept all breeds and sizes but they need to be friendly) -All parties over 18yrs who will be occupying the unit MUST fill out application form each ($55 per person to be paid by applicant directly to 3rd party.
