Louis didn't hesitate about giving us our money back but still never offered to pay us for the night we had to stay in a hotel for bombing. What upset us the most is that another tenant informed us that he had a bedbug problem and when he heard we were moving in he approached the manager Louis about checking the apartment for bedbugs and Louis said no. Over a period of 1-3 days after we left I broke out with bed bug bites all over my arms and my face and neck, I guess from wiping the furniture down with bleach water and carrying the bedding downstairs to wash. Not only were we stuck with two loaded full size trucks and nowhere to live, I was covered in bites and we were out $70 for a hotel room. Not a good experience and I would give a negative rating if I could. I am still looking for the owner information to write to him. Melissa and James - would have been apartment #6
