Noisy building
October 21, 2020Tenants line the entrance starting at 10pm and blast music with the bass turned all the way up so the nearby buildings all shake. When you be reasonable and nicely ask them to turn it down they mock and intimidate you. No respect for other people trying to sleep. If you value your sleep steer clear of this building.Review from Apartments.com
Mice, rats, cockroaches!!! Drug dealers for neighbors!!
December 13, 2018Do not rent in this building unless you want to spend your nights and weekends taking care of rodent problems. Despite several visits from an exterminator the problem will never be eliminated. The exterminator explained to me that there are so many residents in this building that are drug dealers, hoarders, and have several people living illegally in an over crowded unit. The exterminator is not allowed into these units unless they give him permission. Despite spending $100s on sealing ...holes, bug and mice traps, and poison, I cannot keep my unit from becoming infested. Management simply does not care or respond to the problem. I keep my unit spotless, keep all food in storage bins, yet spillover rodents and roaches find their way into my home. Avoid this building. I am moving out a month earlier than my lease, I don't care about the wasted rent, at least I won't hear scraping along the walls and floors all night. There are several drug dealers in this building, So they are many people waiting to come into the apartment as I am leaving the building that enter without knowing the code. Until new management buys this building I do not believe the problem will ever become corrected.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
