Highland House Monroe, Wa
August 9, 2015This is an old building made up of mostly townhomes 1 and 2 bedrooms and a few flats on the lower levels. The big selling point on the property is the price. My 1 bedroom, 2 story townhome is only $725 a month. There is a laundry room on site with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The back deck overlooks a ravine. Its all tall gorgeous pine trees instead of a busy road or neighbors. The down side to this property is the exterior of the building is not well kept by the owners. Plants get overgrown quickly, ...and the building needs a good pressure washing and some paint. The interior of my unit hasn't been updated in quite some time. I cant vouch for the other units however. Lastly, parking is difficult. There is little guest parking and no street parking at all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
