NASTY
November 4, 2017This place is dirty and nasty. The landlord isn't reasonable with students. He barges into the apartments without your permission. Everything in the apartment always breaks. He curses at his tenants. He likes to threaten to kick you out for every little thing but when you call with complaints, he ignores calls and pops out to the apartment on his own time. The apartment has a list of problems. No heat, overflowing sinks, leaking, and bugs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.Review from Apartments.com

November 3, 2017Horrible Service , No heat In Winter , The Owner "John" He's Very Aggressive When It Come To Rent, Walks In your Apartment Willingly.. Very Rude , Took Me To Court After Being 5 Days Late For Rent Even Though He Claims To Work With Students And Makes You Pay All Just Extra Fees .. Don't Waste Your MoneyReview from Apartments.com
