2079 to 2081 : dont rent or buy

I moved to this apartment 2 months back. And now i am regretting.
Although the neighbourhood is nice and cleanbut the the Building. From outside everything looks great. But once you started living things started to unravel.
First thing, nobody is responsible for anything. Building premises is dity and always filled with crack smell.
Elevator is small and not alinged.
In the name of security no camers are in place expect one at the main gate.
Above all, the main gate can only the opened through ...
your phone. There is no other way of opening the gate. They route gate opening through you phone. So basically you need to have a home phone. If you dont have that and you activate that on cell phone and if someone is coming there are two options, either u stay put or leave your phone with someone else while going out.
About management, this is the worst kept building in the neighbourhood. Keep calling and calling and calling them, if u r lucky they may listen to you. If you are moving, you would not find much help from the building management.
Also the building has roaches and rats ( not mice.... rats) despite having exterminator every fortnight.
I can go on and on and on, but if you want to take apt in this building, keep yourslef ready for hard time. Good thing is propoerty is on average less expensive here.
