Very old building
January 19, 2024There is very little insulation between floors, so you can hear every foot step of the person above you AND the floors squeak so the creaks resonate through the walls. Not great for medium to light sleepers. Also not great if you work from home and your upstairs neighbors stomp around all day from 6am-11pm. You can definitely also hear talking from your neighbors through the floors. The road it's on is fairly busy, so be prepared for loud cars. There is no control over your unit's heating or ...cooling unless you use supplemental methods. Otherwise, the location is nice and this is an okay starter apartment. I haven't had any experience with maintenance, but property management is nice and responsive.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
