This is the perfect location to live in. Across the street is a laundry matt, and a bodega. In less then 3min you can go to western beef for a good savings on groceries. Up the block from this building their is a Chinese restaurant and a 99 cent store. A little further up from there you have the 46th precinct so your in a completely safe area. walk a good 5 mins and your on your way to Fordham Rhode shopping district for a good selection on urban style, culture and food. less then 2min your right by two major train lines B,D and the 1,2 bus.You name it, this neighborhood has it.
