NO WATER FOR A MONTH
November 30, 2025When we used to live there they had no water for 1 whole month people were protesting got charged extra cleaning fee when i deep clean the apartment when i moved out i wouldnt even take a tour with this guys!!!Review from Apartments.com
Very High Security Deposit

The apartments are beautiful, modern, and spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. And the location can't be beat. Do Not Move Here
December 21, 2022They will force you to pay monthly fees for delivery services that are laughable. They force residents to pay for Fetch to receive and deliver packages. Fetch CONSTANTLY does not deliver packages for days and WEEKS at a time. They'll damage items, break items, all with zero accountability. December 19, 2022Hours of amenities are awful, the leasing office is never open, rent is extremely high compared to other places, stupid fees that we cannot opt out of even though the services suck REALLY bad (Fetch and valet trash).
