Don't Rent Here!!!
September 23, 2015Terrible/sloppy maintenance: since we moved in they haven't fixed the 3 window screens in the bedroom, sliding glass door frame is loose, they forcefully took out the bdrm entry door lock because it was keyed and they didn't have the key then gave us the key less entry lock to install ourselves!! Tenants are really inconsiderate and unfriendly: loud exhausts from Harley motorcycles and vehicles starting up all times during the night, supposed to be non-smoking place but lot of smokers (cigg ...butts all over the ground floor parking and hallways), lot of strangers hanging out in parking garage and I suspect doing their laundry. Pets not allowed but I see pets being led out for a walk.Also street parking for a 2nd car is a bear.... We regret very much moving in this condo complex but didn't have much choice. Only redeeming factor is our lease will be up in November. Looking for a better place in a more healthy and friendly environment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
