February 21, 2020The people who oversee the property prey on students by raising rent, asking to renew leases illegally early (~9-10 months before the lease must actually be renewed), and do not maintain the apartments well. The washing machine flooded a countless number of times, the water pressure in the bathrooms is very low (purposely rigged so that hot water trickles out vs cold water comes out normally), the lights in the kitchen flickered constantly, went out, and were not replaced despite requests to do ...so, the ground floor is filled with ants, and so on. Do not rent from here. I was extremely unhappy in this unit.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
