    Really enjoyed the ease of move-in. Love the amenities. Seems like a lot of nice/respectful residence. Would appreciate having a move in guide or building layout or printout for move in (I.e. having a list of apps to download, how packages work, how community space can be used, how inviting guests over works, etc.)

    215 West has genuinely been a fantastic place to live. The amenities are excellent, and the staff is great. We really appreciate the gym and fitness classes, the pool, and the themed events. Maintenance was super responsive every time we put in a request. The location is also ideal: quiet in the evenings and on the weekends but walking distance to the best of Chicago.

    The concierge team was super helpful in assisting us with the moving last afternoon. Kudos to the team for making it seamless along with the person who was in the basement to lend us the dolly.

    Amazing place to live! The amenities are great and so is the management team! 24/7 security also they try to do monthly events which is fun!

    Have lived here for two years and each year during our renewal process the renewal people are rude don't think we want to stay because of them. They area also slow with repairing things and don't repair things properly half the time and they have to come back. Washing machine broke three times and solution was them giving me access to another apt that was empty on my floor to do laundry until it could be fixed. It broke again about a week later and the fix they offered was just do half loads ...
    because the washer is old and can't do full loads of laundry. The dishwasher we have stopped using since the 2nd time we used it because it doesn't clean properly and you have to hand wash dishes after anyway. They have come to fix it many times and each time after it breaks because the dishwasher moves and is not mounted correctly to the counter. Overall most of the general staff are nice and are doing the best they can with what they are able to do but the place needs investment for sure.
