RENT ANYWHERE BUT HERE- PMC DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CLIENTS.

New to Philly so this place seemed chill but it's all smoke and mirrors. From customer service to construction, this has been an abysmal experience. I chose to rent here because they let you transfer mid-lease (partner joining me) and have had the uniquely terrible experience of renting two apartments. This entire building was constructed cutting corners- you can hear every sound your neighbors make. The shower in my first apartment was poorly grouted and clearly rotting with black mold- Shane ...

and the team completely ignored my requests/concerns upon seeing it. When the time came for me to switch apartments, they charged me for the overlapping week between apartments so that they could prepare it for the next client at my cost. The second apartment I rented was filthy when I arrived with sparkling all over the floor in each bedroom. Every single interaction with these people is defensive and pointed- and if not, it's because they've left you hanging.

My roommate and I are moving out in January and it cannot come fast enough. While the actual building and unit is fine, we pay WAY too much in rent to be treated the way we do by staff. Property managers & leasing agents are quite frankly the least respectful, most money-hungry people I've ever met. Once we signed our lease, they stopped caring about us all together. Do NOT live here if you value your hard earned money.
