The new owners refused to invest in the necessary repairs and maintenance, allowing the property to fall into disarray. I encountered numerous leaks during the last four years of my stay, and these issues were never properly addressed. It was not the fault of the maintenance team but rather the owners' reluctance to hire competent professionals for the job. The maintenance staff was stretched to their limits, and it often took weeks to have anything fixed. These persistent leaks eventually led to the growth of mold (which I had tested), causing severe allergy and asthma problems for both my son and me. We suffered from frequent illnesses with no clear explanation. In addition, I had a compromised immune system due to a cancer diagnosis while living in this apartment. As a result, the living conditions became overwhelming, and the owner refused to accept any responsibility. Ultimately, I chose to vacate the premises. I strongly advise against moving into this building. It is no longer properly maintained, plagued by mold, and in a state of constant deterioration. The original construction was flawed, and rectifying it would essentially require a complete overhaul. While it was once a beautiful home, the current owners' utter neglect has turned it into a nightmare. Unless you're comfortable with your apartment constantly leaking and falling apart, I would strongly discourage considering it as your new residence.
