Worst experience in all my years of renting
March 26, 2019Management was extremely nice and helpful until I discovered bed bugs in my apartment. I already had problems with roaches and spiders but they were making efforts to remedy these issues however; they were no help with the bed bugs. I provided a significant amount of evidence to management and the pest control company they use including live bed bugs I caught. They both denied that there were bed bugs in my apartment. In the end I was left with no option other than to call the health department. ...Shortly after the property manager and pest control entered my apartment without giving me notice and I was told bed bugs were considered an emergency and they had every right to enter my apartment without notice. At a glance these apartments seem really nice but after moving in it's apparent the buildings are extremely old and run down.The grounds aren't kept and there's only one part time employee for maintenance. It's relatively quiet and the apartments are spacious but there are too many problems for it to be worth living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad managment
September 11, 2017Living in a "newly remodeled apt" every thing is falling apart. Bug infested, mice problems, not once has pest control come, nor have i gotten my AC filter changed. The people at the office are never there! And never answer phones! When you file complaint about maintance issue it takes them weeks to fix! The maintance guy is completely rude and always leaves things half way unfinished!! Worst place ever! DO NOT MOVE HEREReview from Apartments.com
BED BUG INFESTED
July 15, 2016****BED BUG INFESTATION **** Place us a Dump. Broke lease after bed bugs appeared, had to start over with everything! Neighbors above me have 9 people in a 2 bedroom. Constant noise and music day and night. Got a "newly renovated" apt, everything started to eventually fall apart. It took 3 maintenance men to install my toilet paper holder which once again fell off wall. Dishwasher pops out from wall causing dishes to fall on floor! Apt Manger Trisha is never here but charges late fees anyway, ...hard to get a hold of. All in all DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
