Was told the apartment was available and despite submitting a timely application, we were never informed that it had been rented out to someone else in the meantime.

The apartments themselves are nice. Maintanance is extremely quick to respond to any issues you bring up. I saw another commenter note that the internet is shotty, but that's not been my experience. I work from home, and it's been reliable with the occasional blip.

Apartment building itself is ok, but the internet company they use here is Restech and it is complete trash. Goes down multiple times per week and has issues constantly over the weekend. Good luck living here if you work from home and need stable internet. Look elsewhere.
