in dire need of renovating

the walls and cielings are buckled and cracked and look like they are about to fall in in some areas. the windows are dry rotted around the frames. there was tape and plastic around them when I moved in. I dread what it's going to be like during the winter here. the smoke detectors are outdated and most don't even work. no carbon monoxide detector at all.
