BIC doesn't keep up with maintenance

I went into labor with my son in Unit L back in 2012. We expressed our concerns with my water breaking in the master bedroom on the second floor, but they never did anything regarding mold. We did what we could to clean the carpet, but we were still struggling with mold allergies, and, BIC would send their minions to come collect rent without doing anything regarding our concerns. The man they had to come around to collect rent, would, then, throw it right back at us and report that we didn't ...

pay. Plus, when we would have friends and/or family around for barbecues, they had landscaping guys coming right into our back yard while we were right there grilling and gathering with our guests. Not only that, if something was accidentally dropped in our yard by one of us, the landscaping crew would, then, pick it up and try to pocket it. Another consideration is that the walls are paper thin, and you can hear distinct conversations occurring in the neighboring units (along with RUDE noises late at night).
