I wish I could select zero stars

I live near these apartments and it is awful. The tenants are constantly yelling, fighting and shouting obscenities. There is obvious drug use and the property is not taken care of. It is an obvious eyesore but more importantly I am not able to enjoy my yard because the people living there are so obnoxious. The landlord of this place does an exceptionally poor job of managing this property and allowing this sort of behavior from his tenants.
