Roach Infested. Simply Not Sanitary
April 22, 2023Absolutely invested with roaches. The monthly maintenance does nothing and eventually you become numb to seeing them throughout your apartment. Very helpless feeling. I stopped using my kitchen entirely after 4 months here due to it being infested and taken over by cockroaches. They need to do a complete overhaul to this building. I completely gave up when I thought it was a roach rubbing in my closet and turns it was a RAT. Roaches and Mice.
November 15, 2022Have been having a problem with roaches and mice since moving in. I pay for my own pest services from Orkin but still occasionally see dead mice and roaches. Unless they are exterminated from all units then this will be a problem that cannot be solved. Additionally, the walls are so thin that if you have noisy neighbors it's hard to get some sleep.Review from Apartments.com
