July 21, 2025I really enjoy living here. People are friendly and the maintenance keeps everything clean. My only concern is with the ant situation. They are thick around my front door and hallway as well as the back patio. It's not only on the outside, but they are coming inside (on the windowsills and the corners). I'm not sure who maintains the valet trash, but mine hasn't been picked up 3 or 4 times in 5 weeks of residence. Besides these inconveniences, the overall community is all that I had ...expected.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2025My significant others car was stolen. We was not allowed to view the security footage and the apartment complex was not alerted of the theft. There needs to be transparency regarding car thefts/dangerous activities in the apartment complex for everyone’s safety.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025've been living in this condo for a while now and overall, it's been a great experience. The area is safe and quiet, the neighbors are respectful, and everything works as expected. The facilities are well-maintained, and management is usually responsive when needed. One small suggestion would be to improve the cleaning schedule of the pool—it’s a nice amenity, but sometimes it could use a bit more attention.
