May 1, 2025've been living in this condo for a while now and overall, it's been a great experience. The area is safe and quiet, the neighbors are respectful, and everything works as expected. The facilities are well-maintained, and management is usually responsive when needed. One small suggestion would be to improve the cleaning schedule of the pool—it’s a nice amenity, but sometimes it could use a bit more attention. April 22, 2025I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, I’m very satisfied. The layout is practical and makes great use of space. Natural light fills the rooms during the day, giving the whole place a bright, inviting feel. The building is generally quiet, and the neighbors are respectful, which I really appreciate. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues, and the management team is professional and easy to work with. The location is another big plus—close to public transport, grocery ...stores, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. My favorite part is the balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. The only downside is limited parking for guests, but it’s manageable.
