I have been living in 2200 Apt for a little bit over 4 years now, I enjoy living here. It's very close to my work, which is a huge plus. A few pros and cons I'd like to share:
Pros:
Property is fairly new, mostly well maintained.
Have community activities going on from time to time.
Food trucks available on Fridays.
Friendly staff.
Amazon lockers for packages.
Cos:
Close to the highway so it will be noisy, but easy to get used to.
Some neighbors could be a bit loud from time to time, it is ...
expected in an apt complex.
Sometimes you will need to physically go to the leasing office to inquire and have things resolved.
All in all, I rarely have any big issues living in 2200 apt. I will recommend living here!
