their fixes. Clearly I like it enough that I've stayed put for 4 years now. You'll have your oddball neighbors, but where won't you, ESPECIALLY in LA. It doesn't have a good "walk score" but honestly, I find the neighborhood to be very safe, and don't mind that I need to drive a little to get my groceries. There is a park both up the street and down the street, which are super convenient to get to and don't mind dogs. The view from my apartment is actually a gorgeous shot of the nearby mountains. My only complaints are that I wish there was a washer and dryer in the units, and I wish it had central air, but you can't win them all. They do have a washer and dryer downstairs, for the building to share. Street parking is almost always plentiful, except when there is a convention at the Marriott right around the corner. Other than the few VERY small complaints, I love this place.
