Great place!
July 26, 2021Clean, and very attentive management. Minutes walk to multiple bars and restaurants but also not loud in that respect. Love the high ceilings and kitchen has great appliances. Big windows for a lot of natural light as well. Can't wait for the resident functions start back up after being on pause with COVID.Property Manager Responded

Love 234 Market!
July 26, 2021234 Market is the perfect location. It is in walking distance from the entire food and drink scene in Grand Rapids not to mention neighbors to Founders! The apartments are beautiful and the floor to ceiling windows are my favorite part, you get so much natural light! The office staff is very responsive and friendly as well. March 9, 2021I’ve been at 234 Market for almost a year and I’ve never been happier with an apartment. It is quiet, clean and the units are beautiful! The location is perfect, you can walk to so many places downtown but is far enough away from the bars that you don’t have to deal with loud crowds. March 2, 2021Living here has met and exceeded all expectations thus far! Units are fully updated and modern, include washer/dryer, include most utilities, have a gym for residents to use, covered parking available, the property is super safe and secure, residents and leasing staff are super welcoming and helpful, property is right downtown GR which is walking distance to all local restaurants and bars. Great place to call home
December 2, 2020I have lived at 234 Market Apartments for about 15 months now. The apartments themselves are very nice - I have top a top of the line washer and dryer system, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Nice granite countertops, just overall quality. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. If I have any issues I can always reach out to one of the leasing consultants, Kelsey, and she is super nice and helpful and responds to me ASAP (the other staff have all been great too). Lastly, you ...can't really beat the location. 5 minute walk from downtown, next door to a brewery, and right off the highway which makes it easy to get around. There are plenty of other things that make this place great as well. Oh, and a planet fitness is under construction in the lobby!Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2020I have not lived in an apartment before. This place is AMAZING. Quite, Very well maintain, clean (even smells clean). Updated kitchen and laundry. The Renters are all very friendly. Covered Parking. Walking to any downtown events or dinner. The top 2 floors has a great view of the city. Need to see in person to appreciate. Good Living Downtown GR
November 18, 2020I’ve lived at 234 Market for a few years now and have an overall good experience. Office staff has always been friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Maintenance usually responds within a week, but has been hit or miss throughout the years. Very pet friendly with a dog park right outside. Parking in the building is expensive- there have been issues with security. Overall, a good place to live. Great location.Property Manager Responded

Great apartment experience

Great location - walking distance to bars and restaurants. Short drive for groceries. Great price - comparable to other downtown GR apartments. However, 234 Market offers more amenities than most! We are pet-friendly to friendly pets! Cats and dogs are welcome. We allow non-aggressive breeds up to 45 pounds each. Up to two pets are allowed per apartment. There is a $250 one-time non-refundable fee per apartment. Rent is $35 per pet.
