So you've decided you want to live in Williamsburg or Bushwick. It used to be everything worth going to was clustered around Northside. Now that couldn't be further from the truth. There's tons of awesome restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops, etc dotted all along the L line and along the JMZ. That's what makes this apartment such a great location. JMZ so you can be in the city or South Williamsburg in minutes too. The L is also an 8 minute walk away and you can grab a coffee and donut from Dunwell before you head underground. A block away is Food Bazaar, a massive grocery store with an impressive produce section. The building itself is well maintained with roof access and elevator. The apartment I live in is spacious, updated with laundry in-unit and a dishwasher...two things that make being a busy and lazy New Yorker more manageable. The Super is constantly around so if you need something fixed they can usually get to you same day or by the next day. Overall, I'd say it's a great apartment!
