The management company that runs this apartment building is a shady group of slumlords. They do not care about the tenants. During my first year of living here, I did not have heat. Since the building is rent stabilized, they routinely sent false non-payment notices to the court in hopes that they could push out tenants to raise the rent.
The management company does not have an email address and only provides their P.O. Box in attempt to never have a paper trail or easy way of contacting them.
