ROACH INFESTED!

First, when we moved in February we had boxes on the balcony because we were still unpacking and then already got an eviction notice saying that we weren't allowed to have debris or trash on the balcony. Second, we have dealt with water roaches and German roaches ever since June and we have called the maintenance and the office for pest control and they would promise that they would come by but never did. We've had to buy roach traps, and sprays, and even caulked all the seams in the kitchen and ...
the bathroom because they would just swarm everywhere. They wouldn't come by unless someone was home and we never had the time. Also, we've had to walk through sewage because the pipes get backed up and the water will run down to the parking lot. The trash is never picked up people leave trash around the dumpsters and for a whole week we didn't have any dumpsters, trash was piled up so much that you couldn't leave a parking spot. The pool was never opened and we were still charged for the pool amenities when we couldn't even use it. The laundry facility is a joke. They barely work and if they do, it takes forever to wash or dry your belongings. Unless you like to look at a dump and the staff are too-good for you, then by all means, stay here. We can't wait to leave!
