Very caring landlord/management and nice neighbors
October 28, 2023Reading the reviews I was hesitant to rent here at first. I spoke with management and they said that I could ask any of the tenants who were living there what they thought about the place. After speaking to a few people they were all really friendly and had nice things to say about the place and management. I am really glad I moved here. The place is quiet, its safe, and I don't have issues with my unit. Management has always been nice to me and accommodating from the moment I moved in. It's a No For Me Dawg
October 4, 2022It's a trashy building in a trashy neighborhood. They are charging as if these are private studio's but this is dorm style living. The building is down the street from the welfare office and a public health facility. People are being dropped off or let out on the block on a regular basis. One morning about a month ago 2 trailers showed up on W 24th Street. They are hooked up to the electricity pole. They have AC and are very comfortable. How did they get there? LA is letting it happen. Back ...to the building, at least one of the washing machines has been eating up extra quarters. They just showed after a month to look at them cause they still are not fixed. Mona is the voice on the phone and on the end of rude text messages. "Where earbuds if you don't like the noise." read 1 message. She never shows her face. Mike is her husband. He is no handyman so don't expect things to be fixed even after he has spent an hour on the project. It's all for show. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. February 23, 2021The apartments were too small and every thing was always falling apart. I had flies coming out my shower, I had mail stolen, bad odors, the power was always going out and the owners were negligent, inconsiderate and do not care for their tenants. I would avoid the headache and not rent here.Review from Apartments.com
