March 25, 2023The thin carpet is somehow always damp, there is no insulation from loud Central Ave road noise, and the Wi-Fi simply doesn’t work. Repeat, you can not stream Netflix. No internet. You will share your space with short term rentals which is very annoying. The doors to the building are loud and STR guests always slam them. The remodel looks kinda ok but none of your skillets or pans will work with the induction stovetop. The electric wiring is shoddy. Homeless people often pass out under my bedroom ...window on the grass and also defecate on the stairs outside by the courtyard because it’s hidden from the road. There is no dedicated residential parking so people looking for free parking for the casino will fill up the lot and you may have no space. I recommend to stay away it’s overpriced and sketchy.
